DESCRIPTION:Famed Chef, Jon Ashton, will take viewers on a tour to various regions around the county to create "local" holiday recipes, as we all prepare for the season of food and family. These are the classic American heartwarming recipes that bring families together during the holidays, with their own local twist. Our viewers will find out the secrets to putting these dishes together using the ingredients they can find in their own local communities.
We will also visit the James Beard House in NYC to prepare a final and very special holiday recipe.
